Founder | COO | Architect

Marios Metochis

Marios Metochis is a graduate of the National Polytechnic University of Athens (NTUA) in Architectural Engineering. As part of his studies, he explored Autonomous Communities along the axes of Autonomy and Space.

Marios holds 22 years of professional experience in various aspects of Architectural project management including design and construction supervision. He has supervised projects of varying thematology from inception to completion, including constructions of residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

Romylos Irodotou

Romylos is a graduate of Leicester School of Architecture (LSA), where he focused on proportional design methods, computational design, and nature-inspired architecture (biomimicry).

As a dynamic and collaborative Architect, he is experienced in every phase of design and project management, from concept to completion. Detail-oriented with advanced skills in design, visualization, and representation, he enjoys at crafting bespoke layouts that meet each client's unique technical needs and expectations, driven by a deep passion for design and construction.
